Abstract
Amino acids are found in the carbonaceous chondrites and simulation experiments of various prebiotic environments. Thus, it was thought that amino acids are universal presence and are used as the precursor of life. Next step is a formation of functional organic compounds like proteins. Malic acid monoammonium salt was polymerized to a proteinoid which was a polymer of aspartic acid. The proteinoid showed hydrolase activities and formed microsphere. So, the proteinoid is an important intermediate for the origin of life. However, molecular structure of the proteionid is not clear. Then, we characterized the proteinoid using by LC-MS for elucidation of the molecular structure
