Abstract
The terrestrial waters (drinking water source, river water, and hot spring water, etc.) were gathered on the Annapurna circuit trekking route in Nepal that went north along the Marsyandi Khola , went through Thorung pass (5416 m), and descended along the Kaligandaki Khola, in the autumn of 2009. Main component ions and elements of those samples were analyzed using IC and ICP-MS. It was thought that those water quality compositions were the results of often reflecting the geographical features and the geological features composition of Himalayas. Moreover, it was not detected from this investigation samples though As had been detected from the underground water of the Terai plain in Nepal.
