Abstract

In this study, in order to establish traceability technology, we focused on tungsten and measured rare earth elements in tungsten-bearing minerals (primary sample), tungsten carbide (WC) (final product), and tungsten powder, as well as elements abundantly contained in WC, and analyzed the obtained rare earth element patterns (rare earth elements and elements abundantly contained in WC) and identified them using machine learning. abundantly contained elements) were analyzed and identified using machine learning. REE patterns and other elements were measured using LA-ICP-MS for minerals and ICP-MS for products. It was found that the REE patterns and other elements in the minerals could be identified by using machine learning.
