Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) Contamination Control Plan in ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations) phase

Abstract

Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) is a sample return mission from the Martian moon Phobos, and the spacecraft is scheduled to launch in 2026. The period from spacecraft assembly through launch is called ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations) phase, which is a critical phase for contamination control and require strict contamination control. In this talk, the contamination control plan for the ATLO phase of the MMX mission will be introduced.
