Abstract

Using Cybozu, Inc. owned media editorial department as a case study, this report investigates efforts to make teamwork function in workplaces where members have diverse work styles, based on the components of teamwork: behavior, cognition, and attitude. In the process of making teamwork function, a system of daily review by the leader was established as a behavior. It was suggested that this may have led to changes such as the promotion of mutual understanding among team members as cognition and the fostering of psychological safety within the team as attitude. Additionally, ground rules for feedback were established.
