Abstract
We here introduce very recently developed lubricants for low-temperature mixability with rubber, which are the novel combinations of selected fatty acid derivatives. Of marketed synthetic rubbers, EPR has been mixed with other necessary ingredients particularly under such a condition. In this article, therefore, the effects of the lubricants on the processing of EPR-based compounds with them are demonstrated, compared to those with the conventional one that has frequently been used worldwide.
