The graft polymerization of styrene isoprene styrene triblock copolymer (SVIS) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) was investigated and the modification of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) was attemted by blending with the graft polymer. The tensile impact strength of the blend increased with increasing the grafting of the graft polymer. The transmissivity of the blend with high grafting polymer was better than that with low grafting polymer. It was found that transparent and high impact PMMA was obtained by blending PMMA with high grafting polymer.
