Geomorphology of Dôgo, Oki Islands

Abstract

Dogo is an old volcanic island, composed of mainly tertiary alkaline rocks. Geologically, it is included in the east asiatic neogene alkaline rock province. Therelation between geology and topography is showed as follows:
