Abstract
At the border of permanent frozen soil region, its depth depends on plants, soil and water in soil. I measured some places at Great Ningan and saw that mass of frozen soil was formed by moor growing up to. forest, and it moved like glacier. In this district forest situated only north sidle of hills, other sides are grass because underground moisture is little. All of these cause different weathering.
