Trying a new Method of Teaching New Nurses

Abstract

In order to see how a new method of forming teaching group will work, a new type of group was formed.

It was made up of four new nurses and one senior nurse. In this system the young group consisted of classmates. It has been made clear that new nurses can work without worrying alone, and they find it easy to consult with a sense of security. In this environment other senior members of staff heard words that had a good impression on new nurses; new nurses can take the initiative and solve problems by thinking for themselves; new nurses can help each other and grow merrily. This has been found a great merit of the new method.
