Abstract

The authors expected that the three-dimensional data sets obtained using micro-CT provide more accurate information on the re-generated bone structure compared with typical two-dimensional methods, such as histology and scanning electron microscopy. This study aimed to evaluate an in vivo scaffold property of TCP/collagen by means of the micro-CT analysis.
