Abstract
1) A histopathological observation of great auricular nerve was undertaken about 14 cases of obsolete Lepra nervosa by means of biopsy and autopsy.
2) About 9 cases of 10 who have incrassate nerves, lepra bacilli were found in the medullary sheath, axis cylinder and neurilenia nucleus of the nerve fibers.
3) About the changes of the nerve fibers, I found various views.
4) One petrified nerve was found.
5) The resorption of the changes is slower in nerve than in skin.
