Abstract
In this experiment, the serum proteins of each types or Leprosy were analysed with Tiselius's apparatus.
1) No remarkable change was seen in lepra maculosa and 1. nervosa except a slight increase of γ-globulin.
2) In lepra tuberosa γ globulin increased stolongly. And in some cases albumin increased.
3) In erythema nodosum which occured in lepra tuberosa γ globulin increased as much as in lepra tubesosa, and marked decrease of albumin and increase of α and β globulin were seen.
4) In the so-called second nervous leprosy almost the same changes were seen as in lepra maculonervosa.
