The result of our recent work that the antigen of cardiolipin-cholesterin-kephalin, especially Ethanol amine, Phosphatidyl serin and Phosphainositide raised the spcificity to leprosy serum enablesus to conclude that the antigen-antibody-reaction should be combination of serine OH radical of polypeptid-chain in serum antibody and carboxyl radical of kephalin fraction. The antigen of sphingomyelin produced positive results in 40% of lepra nervosa.
