It was observed that the dissemination of rat-leprosy bacilli was more promoted in the groups treated with hyaluronidase than in the untreated group (control), and moreover, their disseminations from the inoculated site to the other organs were increased as increasing the injections of hyaluronidase, but the leprous granuloma were not accerelated by hyaluronidase.(Auther's abstract)
