1) The reinoculation of the murine bacillus on the animals infected with the same organisms is unable to produce leproma easily. From this fact, it can be seen that the superinfection can hardly take place in murine leprosy. 2) The skin reaction (Koch's phenomenon) can not be observed in the inoculated site with live murine leprosy bacillus.
