Abstract
The author used dd-strain mice, divided in two groups A and B. The group A was sensitized with murine leprosy bacilli, and the group B was sensitized with tubercle bacilli. The animals in both groups received subconjunctival and intradermal injection of murine lepromin antigen.
Histopathological examinations were made after 24 hours, 48 hours and after 2 weeks. By these examinations, the difference of the degree of inflammation between the two groups was not so marked, but in the group A slightly stronger than in the group B. The nature of the inflammation in both groups was almost the same.
