Abstract

Even under the complex crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was able to respond flexibly through the addition of performance indicators without requiring major changes to the strategy itself. Its introduction led to a reduction in employee turnover and an improvement in employee satisfaction, and these effects were maintained even during the crisis, contributing to organizational stability and sustainable operations. Furthermore, it also enhanced the alignment between strategy and operations.
