Abstract

Based on the efforts of usability professionals, the usability engineering is now opening up a new era. Regarding what we should conduct so that we can obtain a fruitful result, following issues are discussed in this article, i.e. the concept of usability, the usability design process, the universal usability, the long term usability, and the usability of service activity.
