Creating a food and nutrition education awareness measure for parents with young children (preliminary investigation)

Abstract

　　In the present study, we carried out a preliminary investigation in order to create a rating scale to measure the educational effect of food and nutrition education to target the young children of parents. As a result, food and nutrition education consciousness scale consisting of three factors structure was obtained. In the future, as a preliminary study for performing the measure creates reliability and validity has been investigated in the present study, it was possible to obtain satisfactory results.
