The Compton profiles for PdHx and its host metal Pd have been determined from Compton Scattering of 115keV by synchrotron radiation. The momentum resolution of 0.14~0.17a.u is much higher than previous experiments. The difference profiles between PdHx and Pd are compared with theoretical Compton profiles from the electronic structure by LDA-FLAPW calculation.
