Development of Eyeball-module and its Expression Method

Abstract

This paper describes development of Eyeball-modules and for eye movement measuring device, and expression method for creating facial image and facial expression using Eyeball-module and several panel. The Eyeball-module can express operator’s eyes movement, blink and pupil change. Pupil change is operated by Shape Memory Alloy. Measuring device has two CMOS image sensors and can measure both left and right eyes in real time. Impression test expression method using Eyeball-module with several panels, show high possibility of Eyeball module for facial expression tools and facial image creation.
