Since foundation of 54 technical colleges and their dormitories, the educational meaning has been emphasized and maintained in suitable fullness has been achieved by these as an educational dormitory. Maintenance and fullness of education is one of the features of technical college education in Kosen-College Educationally-Oriented dormitory. This paper describes the present condition of instruction of the Hokushin Dormitory of Hachinohe National College of Technology, and the subject of future dormitory management.
