Abstract
In the globally connected world, global engineers need not only knowledge in their majors but also global competency. International exchange programs in global engineering education prepare the future engineers to understand a variety of cultures and interact within a culturally diverse and globally interconnected world. Some international exchange programs at Hachinohe National College of Technology are introduced here.
