Traceability of radiation dosimetry and these standards in NMIJ/AIST

Abstract

Calibration laboratories receive calibrations from higher-level calibration laboratories, eventually ending up at the highest national standard (national standard). This is called measurement traceability. In Japan, the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (hereafter AIST, NMIJ) is responsible for the development, maintenance, and supply of dosimetry standards.
