Creep test for cylindrical shell model with dissimilar welded joint is carried out under internal pressure.
Metallugical factors which have influence on creep rupture of the joint are examined, and the creep strength of the cylindrical joint are compared with that of the uni-axial test specimen.
The cylindrical test model ruptured at 21/4Cr-1Mo mother steel portion and the strength of the cylindrical test joint was found to be higter than or nearly equal to that of the uni-axial test specimen.
