Abstract

This study examined the appropriateness of the use of government data in Certified Evaluation and Accreditation. It is important from the perspective of ensuring the transparency and fairness of evaluation to visualize comparatively the position of individual universities to be evaluated and multiple universities divided by attributes, as well as their gradual transition, using objectively comparable data. In this study, we visualized the distribution of the pass rates of national examinations in the four health-related fields of physicians, dentists, pharmacists, and nurses reported annually by universities to the government as an indicator of the status of educational achievements. The trends were analyzed by visualizing the distribution of pass rates by national, public, and private universities. Based on the above, the possibility of using the data for evaluation was discussed.
