Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the methodology for the sympathetic collaboration with the stakeholders. This study explores the value creation process introduced along the line of presentation in the Holistic Mission. It is a process of sequential performance in conjunction with 'value discovery' and 'value realization' and 'value acquisition'. The authors found that application of the boost-gate method is desirable as the complemental function for brewing value discovery mind in the value creation process.
The research results show that complex issues are resolved by applying the value creation process based on the Holistic Mission and may contribute to the value improvement of the whole program by the value creation process.
