Abstract
UNIQLO is a company that is managed by Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. , which is the apparel retail industry representative of the Japan. UNIQLO's strengths are based on the building a consistent supply chains system from the procurement to the sales store. One of the important points is to keep an inexpensive manufacturing cost by outsourcing production to overseas companies. While it selects appropriate channels, the company has built a system to produce high-quality products. Though this is its strengths, it hasn't established the B-to-B transactions system. We can see the risk of labor issues in local suppliers. In this paper, we can clarify the problems from the viewpoint of CSR (corporate social responsibility), and propose the necessary action by using the technique of P2M. We pointed out the possibility of overcoming the challenges using the mechanism of the sharing of the platform and the daily operation.
