Abstract
The Japanese manufacturing industry is facing a severe business environment due to the stagnation of the Japanese economy and the breakthrough of emerging industries. In a previous report, the authors had participated in numerous advanced research and development programs at a commercial vehicle company, ND motor, a small-scale but function-intensive organization, and launched its first domestic and global products in the world. In this research, we focus on the role of the program manager and organizational learning. These examples of research reports are unlikely to be known by the authors, in addition, we think that it is important to develop a new ground for the study of automobile development programs in the P2M field and has significance.
