Study on Dynamic Situation Management of Uncertain Project and Program Environment

Abstract

Engineering firms feel that it is difficult to achieve long-term program mission, because of continueddecline in oil / gas prices. As the result, the engineering firms have become hard to earn high-profit intraditional EPC business. Engineering firms, therefore, need to set up a mechanism for and long-termmanagement missions that provide to deal with uncertain situation flexible. In this paper, the authorswould like to discuss the framework and methodology of dynamic situation management for a long-team program mission.
