Abstract
In this article, the external expert who cooperates with a secretariat organization (DMO: destination management and marketing organization) for promoting projects of vitalizing regional economies in each region is defined as the following three types: vitalizing regional “producer”, “director”, and “contents marketer”. The purpose of this article is to describe following two issues. The first issue is to apply “3S model” in P2M Program to the curriculum design and their main roles and business tasks for three types of experts. The second issue is to create educational methods of the specific “vitalizing regional director”, who is responsible for the roles and business tasks for designing various experience-tourisms. In this article, three types of the roles and business tasks are explained as follows: investigating tourist behaviors and interests of visiting Japan foreigners, discovering the charm of regional resources and tourism resources, and analyzing customer characteristics of target tourists.
