Our country is facing the unprecedented combined social phenomenon of falling birthrates, an aging population, and longer lifespans. In order to persevere through this situation, we will need to take a fresh viewpoint on social innovation. No longer can we see innovation only as a product of competition over “things.” We will have to also see innovation as something that results from collaboration and co-creation, formed by the value and relationships surrounding “concepts.” In this research, we approach the P2M value creation process from the angle of “Gaze”.
