Abstract
In this paper, my research considers the feasibility of support functions especially utilizing the ICT in the value indicator management of the platform promoting diverse and wide-ranging program activities. First, this paper shows the schematic design of ”Internet of Program Management (IoPM)”. And as one of its elements, examined the program evaluation indicators, objectives, and the functions required for management utilizing them based on the statistical analysis of the various actual values of the new product development in 250 major companies. As a result, revealed are 18 items out of the 33 performance indicators candidates showed a distribution that can be analyzed by the Factor analysis, ”profitability of new products” is the objective variable as ”Key Performance Indicator (KPI)” that suitable for the mathematically extracting ”Key Goal Indicator (KGI)”, and ”patent registration success rate” was the only KPI as plan and evaluate in the product development process that positively correlated with ”profit ratio of the new product”. These suggest that can be implemented the support function for choosing a program planning and evaluation indicator using Factor analysis, but there is a need to a human intervene to setting target value of each indicator in order to support the value indicator management by utilizing ICT.
