Abstract
Japanese agriculture is facing huge problems、 such as uncertainty of cultivation、 farmer's aging society and decrease in numbers、 increasing fallow fields、 decrease in food sufficiency. Improving agricultural income is indispensable for the fundamental solution of the problem. In this paper、 we propose agricultural production by open-field hydroponics as one of the methods and verified its validity. We also set out a program strategy for promoting open-filed hydroponics business and set up a platform and proposed a program of open-field hydroponics business by organizing programs according to P2M and showed that it is effective.
