Abstract
As modern society grow more sophisticated and complicated, it is required to create organization manage-ment method that enhances resilience is required can adapt to changing demands. Aoyama Gakuin Univer-sity has been implementing PBL classes since 2013 using instructional design. However, in such a PBL project aimed at solving social problems, there are cases in which students cannot solve the problem, and there were cases wherer the problem was solved but lacked creativity. Therefore, in 2016, an educational organization applying P2M was introduced. In this research, adaptive learning environment as a method to reduce the risk of communication failure between programs and projects as a support system when imple-menting PBL, and verified its effectiveness. As a result, it was confirmed that the using adaptive learning environment may be effective for risk management considering the relationship between the program and the project.
