Fundamental Study on Risk Management by P2M

Abstract

For the program risk management, it is indispensable to prepare risk management plans for each project and aware risks occurred in each project. The authors reviewed previous research papers and Standard PM and P2M textbook, and disclosed that there are limited description for collaborative process between program and projects for P2M risk management. In this paper, the authors propose a framework for risk response between program and projects by describing both planning processes in IDEFO. Based on this framework, risk management methodology is also suggested by extracting differences among ideal, To-Be and As-Is project execution plans.
