Abstract
For a satellite campus of the university, we have implemented and operate the SNS platform for planning the emergent services. We have decided some required functions that supports the service model projects these are ”Share of the purpose”, ”Knowledge accumulation”, and ”Interactive dialogue”, and constructed information infrastructure that link the Slack and Google Drive.
Furthermore, to confirm that we can provide enough platform of the required function, we had the trial basis in operating this platform. As a result, although some of the functions required a supplementary by human work, generally required function was found satisfied. In the future, human study of operating this platform and expanding the range to apply this will lead to the establishment of management tools to support the service model.
