Abstract
Communication skills are categorized as linguistic communication skills and emotional communication skills. Although the researches about measurement of communication skills have been conducted by many researchers, those are not enough especially in terms of multiple assessments using plural methods such as interpersonal communication skills test, sensory evaluation, behavior observation focused on the skills to feel and understand the subtle change of human beings' feelings. Weanalyzed the correlation between measuring results and attempted to quantify emotional communication skills with a view to provide HR department with a new framework of employment screening in the future. Our research is related to P2M, communication management from the viewpoint of measuring interpersonal communication skills.
