Abstract
The user is less for public transportation in a local city, and abolition and service reduction are performed in many areas. In order to supplement the public traffic blank area created by this, community buses and other services by local governments have come to be operated. However, profitability can’t be secured simply by substituting the abolished route, and the current situation is that it is covered by subsidies from the country.
On the other hand, in this research, the community by the residents of the traffic blank area is defined as the within one mile community and examine consensus building methods for constructing sustainable community transportation by reorganizing community transportation led by residents.
