Abstract
Local revitalization projects on high-altitude training have been tried in mountainous areas, but the expected results have not been obtained. As a result of analyzing each project on high-altitude training center using the P2M framework, it was found that the main problem was the maintenance and operation of the facility was not sufficiently carried out. Based on the results, we planned a program of Yunomaru Kogen, in Tomi City. This will be a pre-camp for the Tokyo Olympic Games, using the P2M framework. The important viewpoints are inbound effect, sustainability of regional revitalization, effective platform, the setting of appropriate value index, and new coronavirus countermeasures. Through the planning of this scheme, we clarified the effectiveness of P2M integrated management in the high-altitude training regional revitalization program.
