Abstract

Inthisstudy, Iproposeanuncertainty-resistantbusinessdesignplanningmechanismbasedontheanalysisandsynthesisofthe SystemsApproachtothemissionorientationof P2M. Thismechanismincorporates” analogicalmodification”and” inspirationandreflection”learned fromtheactionofartistsandathletesintothemechanismof ”ideas”inindividualandgroup. Thismechanismencouragesiterativeanalysisandstructuringof ideas, andderivesaprojectscenarioforthebusinessunderanappropriateevaluation”accommodation” ofthegroupofideasgeneratedthroughthe diversification andelaborationofideas. Thismechanismshowsthedirectionoftheschememodelinthe3Smodel.
