Abstract
In a society that becoming is increasingly complex and uncertain, Japan needs to aim to solve social issues, create new businesses, and create new products. To achieve these strategic program missions, a practical community that promotes creativity and voluntary action across organizations is considered to be effective. In order to activate such a community, it is necessary to build a platform that enables its participants to work across time and space. However, the community usage of ICT is still limited to communication support. In this study, whose starting point is community attributes, we investigated various papers and books on the subject, and clarified the necessary requirements for a platform to be used on the Web. Improving the motivation of participants, visualization of discussions, and matching of people and information are important requirements. Based on these requirements, we examined the detailed functions of a Web platform that supports practical communities. In addition, we proposed a Web platform user interface. We will implement the proposed Web platform and evaluate its effectiveness in the future.
