Abstract
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has operated its projects under the government's country aid policy against the backdrop of aid strategy enhancement and “selection and concentration”. Since the adoption of the UN's SDGs in 2015, there has been a focus on addressing global agenda. In response to this trend, JICA has developed its own JICA Global Agenda and Cluster Strategy and has formulated a response that leverages the organization's strengths and experience. This paper will organize the JICA Global Agenda using the P2M framework and examine specific case studies, and after analyzing the above, identify issues to be addressed.
