The author states the pr nciple and the con_??_struction of a new electric amplifing appar_??_t _??_s, the “Revolving type electric amplifier” or the “Revolving type electric relay”, which the author has been designed by the same principle of the “Revolving type electric meter” (Patent No. 38921), and its speciality is that it has no spark or arc gap in the workig device.
