On the Acoustic Impedance at Sending End of a Conical Horn of Finite Length

Abstract

Acoustic impedances at sending ends of Conical horns of various length and solid angle can le measured by telephone receiver coupled with the horns. In this paper, the exp-rimental results as well as theoreticjl analysis are given. Calculations of this acoustic impedances from the dimentions of the lions and working frequency are des ribed in detail. The thozetical results were shown to be coincident with the results obtained from experiments.
