Development of Power System Analysis Tools

Abstract

The tools for power system analysis should have at least a time-domain simulation program, a steady state analysis program, and data base system for those data. This paper introduces the process of development of these tools, which are being used by the Japanese electric power companies to perform their day-to-day analytical works.
