Development of Short-Circuit Breaker for Photovoltaic Generation System

Abstract

In this letter, it proposed the device that detect the short-circuit fault of the photovoltaic generation system, and this propose device examined about the effectiveness. As a result, this device can confirm the short-circuit protection in photovoltaic generation system. The proposed device is effectiveness to operate within the range of design value.
