Abstract

In order to accurately represent a rotational hysteresis loss of magnetic materials, this paper proposes a novel identification method for an isotropic vector play model. The slope of shape functions for an isotropic vector play model is assumed to be an exponential function. Numerical results of alternating and rotational hysteresis losses are investigated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed identification method.
