Abstract

The lightning to high structures on the coast of the Sea of Japan in winter is usually initiated by upward propagation leaders and sometimes has high energy. For the lightning protection, it is fundamental to accumulate the lightning current parameters. In this paper, the authors have investigated the properties of pulses following ICC in bipolar upward lightning observed at the Nikaho wind farm.
